Cassie Parham is a performance-driven Growth leader with success scaling iconic legacy brands as well as scrappy start-ups. After spending several years in “Amazon bootcamp” leading Marketing for subsidiary Diapers.com (Quidsi Inc), she brought those business fundamentals and analytical rigor to The New York Times, where she served as the general manager for the U.S. digital subscription business from 2015 - 2018. She later led the growth of the NYT mobile app subscription business.

In her current role, Ms. Parham leads HBO MAX subscriber retention where she leverages data and experimentation to develop and drive a cross-functional strategic roadmap for maximizing subscriber engagement and LTV.
