Nada Arnot is a high-impact marketing executive and trusted advisor to the C-Suite with 20 years of experience driving transformational growth, building memorable brands, and leading high-performing data-driven teams. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for BritBox North America, managing the marketing and communications functions across the business, including strategy, creative, partnerships and media buying. Her current focus is on ensuring a holistic branding strategy that resonates across all channels to the ever-expanding BritBox audience. She has strong reputation for taking calculated risks, empowering talent, creating meaningful customer engagement and tenaciously delivering results.
Prior to joining BritBox, Arnot was GM of Sundance Now, AMC Networks’ Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) business, where she strategically repositioned the brand by revamping the content portfolio and ‘premium-sizing’ all content offerings. Before being named GM, Arnot was Head of Marketing for AMC Networks, SVOD Business, building the operating model, KPIs and annual strategic plan for AMC’s subscription streaming video services.
She previously held the post of Chief Marketing Officer at Yellowbrick, New York, launching digital/offline marketing strategies and driving scalable growth for a new online educational program targeting millennials.
Arnot began her career as a Policy Strategist for the Government of Canada, providing strategic advice on immigration and employment policy. She then was the Founder of TheFunkyStork.com and DailyStroke.com, building two revenue-generating websites for expectant fathers/new dads and surfers. Her other corporate roles have included Chief Digital Officer at Ruder Finn/Binder PR, building the agency’s first digital practice; Director, Audience Development, at NBC Universal, developing a comprehensive digital marketing program as well as SEO, SEM and blog outreach programs for 45 NBCU digital properties; and Vice President, Marketing Growth at Hearst Magazines, where she launched a new fitness SVOD product.
Nada received her Masters of Public Administration, Strategy and Analysis from Carelton University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Philosophy from the University of British Columbia. She has served as a Television Academy member (2017-20) and has been recognized by Cynopisis Media USA, receiving the 2018 “Top Women in Digital Award.”
