George Carens is Director of Insights at Samsung Ads, responsible for helping Samsung’s Agency, Brand and Media Clients navigate the shifts occurring in consumer’s TV viewership behavior. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the Industry and has led organizations through dynamic marketplaces, transforming traditional media research and data businesses into multi-media businesses. Prior to Samsung Ads, George held roles as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Revenue Officer for Kantar Media North America and President of Kantar Media Advertising Intelligence. In these roles, George led advanced TV measurement growth strategy, measurement partnerships and analytic offerings and expanded Kantar’s multi-media advertising monitoring across digital platforms. Prior to that, George held various management, strategy and business development positions with the Nielsen Company. George joined Nielsen from AT&T where he held product management roles in its Ameritech Advertising Services division.
